CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spa appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. It is at the discretion of DermaLuxxe Spa if any fee may be waived due to circumstantial situations.

Please Note: You may be charged in FULL if you miss your appointment. You may be charged 50% of your total service cost if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. 72 hours notice of cancellation is required for DermaLuxxe Spa Package services.

Clients who miss their appointments, or arrive 15 minutes or more late to their appointment without giving any prior notice, will be charged in FULL for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies.

SPA ETIQUETTE

We strive to maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere at all times. With this goal in mind please review the following:

Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the spa treatment rooms. Exception: clients with a disability or children under 18 years of age receiving a service.

 

When To Arrive: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms, and getting settled.

Late Arrival Policy: In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.

Children: To ensure the safety of your children, and the serene environment for our clients, please make other arrangements for your children during your appointment. Children are not permitted in the lobby or treatment areas unless they are receiving a service. If you arrive to your appointment with children, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged for a missed appointment. 

Children under 18 years old are considered a minor. A parent or guardian must be present IN THE TREATMENT ROOM (but not receiving a service) for the duration of the service and must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the service.

 

Age guidelines for Spa Services:

Facial: 12+
Massage: 12+
Waxing: 12+
Body treatments: 12+

 

This is a professional spa establishment. If a service provider feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.

Cell Phones / Devices: We want DermaLuxxe Spa to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside. Please use headphones if you are listening to music or watching videos.

 

Pets: No pets are allowed in our lobby or treatment rooms unless they are designated service animals. 

 

Inappropriate Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any appointment for inappropriate behavior. If an appointment is terminated due to lewd or otherwise offensive behavior, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged. If an appointment is terminated for these reasons we reserve the right to refuse future appointments, as well.

Gratuities: Only DermaLuxxe Spa Packages include gratuity.

Alcohol: No alcohol is allowed at DermaLuxxe Spa under any circumstances. We do not have a liquor license.

Food and Beverage: We are happy to provide complimentary coffee, tea and water. Sandwiches, meals, etc. are not permitted in spa areas and are discouraged in waiting areas.

For your protection, we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and/or accessories.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION. 

RETURN POLICY

Unopened products can be returned within 10 days of purchase date for a full refund with a receipt.

Opened products can be returned within 10 days of purchase date for store/spa credit with a receipt.

Clothing and Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase date with all original tags attached for a full refund, excluding earrings, with a receipt. All earrings are final sale.

If you do not have your receipt for return on product, clothing or accessories, you will receive 50% store/spa credit of the current value of the item.

SALES ARE FINAL on any services, treatments, pre-pays, & gift cards.

GIFT CARDS
 

Gift cards usually arrive in 3-7 business days for those that request shipping, or will be available within 24 hours at our location after purchase online. Please note that there will be a $3.50 fee added to your purchase for shipping and handling.

DermaLuxxe Spa gift card policy complies with current Texas state law. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. DermaLuxxe Spa gift cards do not expire, and are honored for dollar value only.
